Allotment Toilet

Our NatSol compost toilet that requires no mains connections - the stainless steel pedestal and glass reinforced concrete composting chambers below are designed for long life and low maintenance.

​

Like any structure though, it requires the care and respect from all users and regular maintenance.

​

In 2021 Ian Findlay with the help of Mike Wilson embarked on a repair renovation project to bring the toilet back up to first class condition. Their commitment and results are outstanding and you can read a report on all their work here.

We all use this facility and maintaining it will never  be the most glamourous of activities, but there is more work to be done. Members, please let's not just leave the work to just a few individuals and if you think you think you can lend a hand then please get in touch with the Organising Group.
